We invest in seed and early stage
We typically invest in Seed or Series A rounds, reserving follow-on capital for future rounds of financing. We will invest in pre-revenue companies with beta products, proven management teams, and large markets. We average around 4-7 new investments every year with follow-on capital reserved for existing portfolio companies. We invest nationwide but focus our efforts on high potential start-ups primarily in California.

John Casarietti
PARTNER
John is a seasoned finance executive and proven entrepreneur. He has spent his career in many finance roles including Chief Financial Officer, Planning & Analytics, and Investment Analyst. He has extensive strategy and operational experience, and has been involved in large corporations, start-ups, and growth companies. Also, he serves as a board member and strategic advisor to a number of companies including Upper Hill Ventures, Debtwave, ScoreShuttle, K-South Digital, and Five Star Escrow.
Kari Casarietti

Kari has 20 plus year supporting a variety of organizations in the Real Estate industry. Her strengths in organization, execution, marketing, and administration provide extensive value to the various groups she supports. In addition, she supports local organizations including the chamber of commerce.

Antony is a serial entrepreneur and investor with 25 years of experience in business strategy, operational efficiencies, and strategic execution. Through his venture firm, he has provided guidance and invested in the seed round or Series A in start-ups in the US, UK and frontier markets that are currently generating over $100MM in revenue per year.
